Ktima Bilionis has three fully equipped and stylish apartments in a lush garden with lawn and fruit trees such as orange trees, apple trees, fig trees, etc., giving the guests moments of unique tranquility.
On the ground floor of the building there are two apartments. One apartment is 40 sq.m. and features a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, living room with sofa bed corner and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The other apartment is 35 sq.m. one-roomed with a double bed and sofa bed corner, plus a bathroom. The sofas in all rooms consist of two single beds that can be joined together and be a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
On the first floor there is an apartment of 50 sq.m. with two bedrooms, one bedroom has one double bed and the other has two single beds. It also has a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. From the balcony and the terrace of this apartment you can see the beach and the sea of Kakavatos as well as the endless blue of the Ionian Sea. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The ground floor apartments are designed and built to meet the needs of people with disabilities. All ground floor apartments are accessible by a stroller.
